How To Unsubscribe or Cancel

Unsubscribe or Cancel my Subscription

We are sorry to see you go. Did you find what you needed? Sometimes it takes a few tries to get familiar with the application and how to search for a difficult address and their abbreviations. You can cancel your subscription at any time, using one of the following methods:

1.-  Direclty from the Portal by following the next steps:

  1. Log into your account at https://app.propertyscout.io/auth/login
  2. Click on “Welcome, Your Name”  button in the top right-hand corner
  3. Click on “Profile from the drop down menu
  4. Choose “Subscription Management”
  5. Click  “Unsubscribe” and follow steps.
  6. Once the cancellation process is successfully finish, the screen will show a confirmation message:  “Your account is scheduled to be canceled on XXXX”  at the end of your current billing period – no further charges will apply”.
  7. You will also receive an automated email with the confirmation of your cancellation. If you don’t see it check your junk mail.

2.- Another way to cancel is by sending your cancellation request to support@propertyscout.io.

If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access and all data associated with your account.

Re-activating your account

  1.  Log into your account at https://app.propertyscout.io/auth/login  using the email address and password from your past subscription. If you do not remember your password, use the “Forgot your password?” link to create a new one.
  2. When you start a new search you’ll be prompted to update your subscription plan and update payment method
  3. You’ll then can re-activate your account by selecting and clicking your new subscription plan.
