Can’t run Property Title Searches?

So, you are able to log-in but can’t execute any searches? Its possible your account has expired or the credit card didn’t go through.

All you need to do is:

  1. Once you are logged into the portal:
  2. Go to your “Profile” – top right side of the screen
  3. Go to “”Payment Details” and click the big long blue button that says “UPDATE CARD DETAILS” and follow instructions.
