Your account was created but can’t execute a search?

Welcome and thank you for choosing

So, you got a confirmation email that you account was created but once you log-in, it directs you to the Profile Page?

It’s because your credit card payment didn’t go through. So, you do now have an account and can login, but you still need to update your payment method in order to continue.

All you need to do is:

  1. Once you are logged into the portal:
  2. Go to your “Profile Settings” – top right side of the screen (see screenshot below)
  3. Go to “Account Management” and click the big long blue button that says “UPDATE CARD DETAILS” and follow instructions.
