How Long Does It Take To Display A Change In A Title On This Site?

How Long Does It Take To Display A Change In A Title On This Site? or How up to date is your data?

The short answer is there’s no specific time or days. Here are the reasons why.

Our database is updated daily, however, since we are pulling our information from over 3,200 municipalities, it depends on each municipality how often make the information available and how frequently they digitize the information.

It depends on each municipality what they choose to record, how much they choose to make available and how often they digitize the information. There are over 3,000 municipalities nationwide and they all run slightly different.

Once these steps have been performed, we are then able to “pull/retrieve” the data through our servers to display in our software.

The title search change depends on three steps:

  1. It depends on the title company and how soon the title company publishes or submits the changes.
  2. Then, it goes to the municipality to record the change.
  3. Then after receiving and recording the change, make the image available to the public and digitize it to make it available online.

There are some non-disclosure states:

Alaska, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri (some municipalities), Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming

This doesn’t mean we don’t have any information, is just limited to the Agreements we have in place and the access to the information these states choose to share. We combine several databases to give you the most up-to-date information available online in one single application.

Quick online records search and access to property data and homeowner’s information including land records, most recent deed, lien lookup, mortgage details.
