How to Update User Profile
One Time 6-Digit Code Verification Beginning October 2023,
PropertyScout.io will be further enhancing the login process requiring all users to perform further verification via a temporary one-time passcode sent to your user’s email address, which is now required to access your account.
Please make sure your email contact information is kept up to date, so you can complete this process. To learn how to update your email address, read our support article: How do you update user contact information?

To update the contact information of your user account:
- Log into PropertyScout.io
- Click Account from the main toolbar.
- Click User Profile in the main right side menu.
- Click Edit Profile Information.
- Update your information as necessary.
- Click Submit.
NOTE: The person whose First and Last Name is listed on a given User Profile is the only person who should be using the login ID associated with that User Profile. Authorize.Net Customer Support can only assist the person listed for a given login ID.
