I’m seeing a blank screen when I try to log in. How can I fix this?

If you’re encountering a blank screen when trying to log into the application, the issue may be related to your browser’s settings—such as cached data, cookies, or browser extensions interfering with the login process.

A quick solution is to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Here’s how to do that on common browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  4. Choose All time as the time range.

  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three lines in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

  4. Check both options and click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.
