How to add notes to a Property

Q1: Where can I add notes in the platform?

You can add notes inside any property profile. Just click on the property you’re interested in, and you’ll see a “Notes” tab or button on the profile page.

 


Q2: What kind of notes 

should I add?

This is your workspace. Use notes

to document any insights you want to remember about the property:

  • Conversations with homeowners

  • Follow-up reminders

  • Lead status updates


Q3: How do I add a new note?

  1. Open the property record.

  2. Click on the “Notes” section.

  3. Type your message in the note field.

  4. Click “Save” or “Add Note”.

That’s it! Your note will be time-stamped and saved.

You can always find, filter, sort your notes report on the left sidebar under “Property Notes”

Q4: Can I edit or delete a note?

That depends on your user permissions. Some accounts allow editing or deleting notes. If you don’t see those options, contact your account admin or our support team.


Q5: Are my notes private?

Yes — notes you add are only visible to you or your team (depending on your account type). They are not shared with homeowners or outside users.


Q6: Can I search or filter notes?

Yes, you can search by keyword in the Notes Report on your left colum of your screen.
